Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, always. We visit on-site, assess your project, and provide a detailed quote at no charge. There’s no pressure to proceed and no hidden costs in the quote itself.
How long does a typical deck take?
Most standard decks are completed within 3–7 working days from groundbreaking. We’ll give you a clear timeline in your quote and keep you updated throughout.
Are you licensed in NSW as well as QLD?
Yes. Rich holds a carpenter contractor licence in both QLD (15550135) and NSW (398475C), meaning we can take on projects in Northern NSW without any issues.
Do you handle council approvals?
Where a DA or CDC is required, we’ll advise you on what’s needed and can assist with the process. Many deck and pergola projects fall under exempt development, we’ll tell you exactly where your project sits.
How do you communicate during the build?
We make it a priority to keep you updated at every stage not just at the start and end. You’ll hear from Rich regularly throughout the build with progress updates.
